Trade Policy Analyst, The Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada

Alexander Parsalidis conducts international trade policy analysis for the Canadian federal public service. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs, specializing in International Economic Policy from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. 
 
His academic research interests meet at the intersection of international trade and security, focussing on foreign policy, global food security, and peacebuilding. As a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Alexander is also passionate about fostering great civic engagement and supporting principles of good governance.
