Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia
Armen Grigoryan is the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia. Grigoryan worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia as an acting minister, Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center as an election program officer, and Armenian-Russian University as a visiting lecturer. In addition, he is the author of the scientific research: ‘’Political elite in post-Soviet Armenia: characteristics and ways of formation’’, as well as numerous articles discussing geopolitical topics, the democratisation of Armenia, and civil society development.
