Bartosz Kubiak is a dedicated civic leader and policy advocate passionate about promoting civic education and engagement. As the Chairman and founder of the Academy of Civic Knowledge, the first non-partisan NGO in Poland focused on civil service reform, Bartosz has been focused on empowering young people to participate in shaping their society. Under his leadership, the organization has organized the Civic Bootcamps in Poland and the “WOS Masterclass” project, impacting over 30,000 students nationwide.
With extensive experience in policy advocacy and strategic negotiation, Bartosz has worked with various international companies and organizations. He focused on cross-sectoral advisory on domestic and EU regulatory affairs. In addition to his work at the Academy of Civic Knowledge, Bartosz is a member of the European Democracy Youth Network, committed to building and sustaining democracies and promoting greater civic and political youth leadership in Europe. A graduate of the University of East Anglia and Stetson University College of Law. Bartosz completed a Transatlantic Future Leaders Forum in the US Congress and the Aspen Institute Central Europe Young Leaders Program.
