Teodora Delcheva is a Policy Officer in the Crisis Response Systems and Exercises Section of the International Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. In this role, she supports the development of NATO’s crisis management policies and the planning and conduct of crisis management exercises for the North Atlantic Council. Previously, Teodora worked in the Current Operations Section of NATO’s International Staff, where she supported policy work on NATO’s missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. Prior to joining NATO, Teodora worked as a Technology Risk Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers London, and as a Cybersecurity and Defence Research Assistant at the think-tank European Council on Foreign Relations.
Teodora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and East European Studies from University College London, and a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London.
